TicketManager will now serve as the ticket management software for Hurricanes’ corporate sponsors, suite holders, and season ticket holders

University of Miami Athletics announced today that a new partnership with TicketManagerwas secured on behalf of the Hurricanes by Hurricanes Sports Properties, UM Athletics’ exclusive multimedia rights holder and a property of Learfield Sports. TicketManager is a cloud-based ticket management provider. For the first time, suite holders and ticket holders of the Miami Hurricanes will be able to automate their tickets through TicketManager’s online tools and mobile apps making it easy to control who gets tickets and put the right customers in the best seats.

Duffy House, General Manager of Hurricanes Sports Properties, said the new partnership with TicketManager is only one of the upgrades sponsors can expect for 2015, “It’s a fresh year for the Hurricanes, with a new look for our uniforms, a great roster of talent on the team, and a new software partner to help corporate clients share tickets efficiently with their guests.”

University of Miami coaches have a long track record of turning out great football players like Vinny Testaverde and Ken Dorsey, and 2015 is shaping up to be a promising year for fans, especially with Brad Kaaya as quarterback.

“This is the perfect time for Miami and TicketManager to team up,” said TicketManager Founder & CEO Tony Knopp, “The Hurricanes have a whole new look and a great line-up. And now they’re using the best tech out there to help their corporate sponsors get the most out of their seats. We’ll make sure the best customers get to the right games while making sure you have control of your inventory”

Corporate sponsors like Verizon, Comcast, and FedEx leverage TicketManager to eliminate ticket waste and stay compliant to regulatory agencies. Without TicketManager, over 43% of sports tickets go unused. With TicketManager’s mobile app, however, executives and sales teams can easily view available tickets, distribute them to the right clients, and then instantly report on ROI from their sports investments with a waste rate under 10%.

Davis said, “TicketManager has a customer list of globally known companies and a number of our current partners. Coupled with their technology and its’ ability to integrate with Salesforce.com, Concur, and their mobile focus, it’s a can’t-miss for our customers and helps assure them they get the most from their investments.”

The University of Miami Athletics’ new partnership will help suite holders maximize their ROI. With instant reporting tools, executives can use Ticketmanager to decide which sports assets are working and reinvest where the tickets can do the most good.
